May – August 2021 Dividend Income

Another 4 months of 2021 have flown by, so time for my second dividend income report.

My first divided report showed that I received £75.36 worth of dividend between January and April 2021, check out the full breakdown here. Meanwhile see below for a breakdown of my dividend income for May, June, July and August 2021.

May 2021 Dividend Income

• Lloyds Banking Group – £5.85

June 2021 Dividend Income

• Unilever – £10.01
• Realty Income – £2.18
• BP – £2

Total – £14.19

July 2021 Dividend Income

• Coca-Cola – £5.41
• Tesco – £5.41
• Renewable Infrastructure – £2.51
• GSK – £14.06
• GCP Student Living – £0.14
• Realty Income – £2.42
• Great Portland Estates – £0.44

Total – £30.39

August 2021 Dividend Income

• AT&T – £11.82
• Realty Income – £2.41
• Greencoat – £4.14

Total – £18.37

During May to August 2021 I have received £109.41 in dividend payment. When added to my £75.36 from January – April I have received £184.77 in dividend income so far this year.

Note – these figure do not include my Stocks and Shares ISA and all of my dividend are reinvested.

In my previous blog post I mentioned that I would like to receive a total of £150 of income from my Freetrade portfolio this year. Guess I have surpassed that this year! Maybe I can set an update goal of £200 in dividend for 2021 … lets see how achievable this is!

Overall I am please with the dividend income I have received in the past 4 months – especially my Stocks and Shares ISA dividend. As always this income is all reinvested back into my portfolio and luckily my ISA funds are all accumulation funds meaning the dividend is automatically reinvested back in.
